The Food & Beverage module includes the learning of a wide range of cuisines like Indian, Italian, Chinese, Thai, and Continental are taught in detail. This is complimented by training in menu planning, table layout, dining etiquettes, napkin folding and the appropriate use of cutlery, crockery and glassware. Making and serving of all kinds of beverages also forms a part of the curriculum

Sessions in Dietetics and Nutrition helps educate the students on healthy eating habits for a healthy life and the life-style diseases that are a result of unhealthy eating habits and sedentary living.
